A Day´s March – Odengatan Stockholm

The concept, created by Pelle Lundquist Daniel Braconier, is based on the conditions of the original premises. The 230 square meters are distributed over two levels and the basement level is used in an ingenious way, with a large ceiling light and consistently bright colors and materials that are broken up by furniture in strong colors and earlier. The granite and marble checkerboard floor and the new arched windows allude to the building’s history, which stretches back to the early 20th century. Great emphasis has been placed on the whole, where no details or solutions compromise design and expression.

The furniture we made for the project is consistently made of quality material, such as solid oak and ash, which have either retained their natural tone and finish, or have been given bright colors. The round shapes are repeated on the checkout counters, where marble is a recurring theme. The fitting room surfaces are clad in oak wall paneling where large mirrors break off and create spaciousness. The huge display tables are made of solid oak, and the details include zinc-plated corner joints and a lowered marble top. As details, you will find stools and display tables in bright colors, all in the same design language.

With a committed project management and extensive expertise and experience, in this project we have succeeded in not only producing a fantastic retail environment, but at the same time high demands on schedule, quality and finances. With the help of control documents, project management tools and craftsmanship, together with the customer and partners, we have delivered an interior that is not only beautiful but also functional and highly adapted to the modern brand and store.
