Aira – Stockholm

Out on the royal Djurgården in Stockholm is the new gastronomic star Aira, located at Stockholm's inlet. The house in concrete and corten steel is an impressive creation and with a ceiling height of 6.5 meters and large glass sections facing the water, it is an experience beyond the ordinary. The renowned architect and designer Jonas Bohlin has designed both the property and all interiors. Star restaurateur Tommy Myllymäki is the one who will take this restaurant to the absolute top of gastronomy in the Nordics. Nothing has been left to chance in this project and the richness of detail is outstanding.
LSI was given the honorable assignment to deliver and assemble all special fittings as a special carpentry. An 8 meter long serving bench in brass and cherry, curved sofas in Tärnsjöläder framed by natural stone and a 25 meter long outdoor bench in solid oak are just some of the carpentry we have produced. The complexity of interior design and the assignment as a whole has meant that we have been able to utilize all the expertise and craftsmanship we have accumulated throughout our 75-year history. Our project organization has worked closely with the client and been a prerequisite for a successful end result, where guests should be able to enjoy a world-class experience.
